I spoke in the session “Processes and Actors” alongside Wenke Christoph, State Secretary for Housing in Berlin, and Ingrid Breckner from HafenCity University Hamburg. My topic was the processes surrounding the “Quartierhäuser” near Vienna Central Station and the actors active there. The lectures are documented online.
