Public space is what essentially makes up the city: transit space, a place to meet and linger, access to buildings, and much more. In recent years, the pressure to use public space has increased significantly. More people are using it for more functions, and at the same time, important policy approaches such as strengthening ecomobility and climate change adaptation are being implemented in public space. This is similarly true for green space, which is always in too short supply in the city.
