2002–2003 Study on the Augarten Area in Vienna

Co-author of the urbanistic Study on the Augarten Area, with Peter Döllmann, Silvin Seelich, commissioned by Aktionsradius Augarten (Interreg IIIA project)
This study analyzed the urban situation of the Augarten park in Vienna with its strengths and weaknesses and proposed solutions based on these. Starting from historical, sociological and urbanistic analyses, zones of intervention were identified and prioritized measurements for these were developed.
The study’s goal was the identification of potentials for enhancement of the Augarten, the Obere Augartenstraße and surrounding areas and to propose a strategy plan for the implementation. The study contains a prioritized list of recommended interventions.
